Our Ministries

Rockdale Community Church and its partners "adopt" Foster Care children in Franklin, Union and Fayette Counties throughout the year. We provide Christmas presents, Easter baskets and back-to-school shoes for every child in the system. We do this in partnership with the Indiana Department of Child Services and via the generosity of our congregation and neighboring churches.  Upwards of forty children are aided and blessed three times per year.

Yet above the gifts, we pray for each child we assist in an ongoing way. Every child's gift-bundle includes the destiny scripture of Jeremiah 29:11 & 12, "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. You will find me when you seek me, if you look for me in earnest."
